- Please allow up to 28 days for processing and shipping. You will be provided a tracking number for your purchase so that you can view it’s progress. Shipping estimates are provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
- If you have not received your shipment within 60 days from payment, please Contact Us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
- Due to stock status and time differences, we will choose to ship your item from our first available warehouse for fast delivery.
We get it, having striking and bold colored socks is not everyone’s style. We’re also human and sometimes we make mistakes too. If you’re looking to return or get a refund for a purchase, these are the guidelines that we follow:
- Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
- All returned items must be in the original packaging and you most provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return, and your order number.
- We will refund you the amount paid or you may choose to have a replacement. Once we have received the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included, your refund or replacement will be sent to you. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
